Employment History
Ear GearOver the last 6 years, I have had many roles in my father's business Ear Gear (gearforears.com). During my time as an Amazon Seller Central consultant, I rebuilt product titles, descriptions, images, variations, and metadata on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca through excel sheet uploads and calling Amazon's seller support. As an information technology assistant, I resolved minor internet, email, or online account errors. I also maintained Ear Gear's Amazon Seller Central, LinkedIn, and other online accounts. In my most recent role as head of retail sales, I oversaw Ear Gear's retail revenue, seasonal sales, paid search marketing, email marketing, social media, UX/UI, and Amazon Seller Central. I have now taken a much smaller role in the business as I attend law school.

Holiday Park ResortStarting in the summer of 2013, I worked at Holiday Park Resort during my high school summer breaks until I graduated in 2017. During that period, I worked as a groundskeepers assistant picking weeds around the park and as a maintenance worker mowing the resort's lawns. I developed good conflict management skills and customer service skills by interacting with the elderly resort residents and vacationing families. Working at Holiday Park was a very pleasant experience for my first job.

Volunteer History
Green Party of Canada
In September of 2019, I was fortune enough to connect with the Green Party of Canada's federal election campaign in the St. Catharines riding. I quickly became the Volunteer Coordinator for Travis Mason's campaign, and was given the responsibility to sort, organize, and contact local Green Party volunteers. I also coordinated those volunteers for different campaign events. In the field, I canvassed and attending campaign events, which allowed me to understand and empathize with the St. Catharines community and its citizens. The exposure to local politics and campaigns that I gained through this volunteer experience has been invaluable to my understanding of Canadian society.

Jeff Burch's Office - ONDP
Through my Citizen Politics political science class in my 4th year at Brock University, my professor organized a volunteer placement for me at Jeff Burch's office as part of our class work. I ended up volunteering as a policy researcher, with the specific task of researching how the Ontario government's policies relating to COVID-19 had an effect on Jeff Burch's constituents. After my two month placement with the school, I continued to independently work with Jeff Burch's office for another two months. Over my four months of volunteering, I completed a 40-page document that contained policy information related to COVID-19, healthcare, housing, education, and government spending. This practical volunteer experience sharpened my critical thinking and research skills immensely.
